TL;DR
Analyst Valuation & Advisory Services (Commercial Real Estate): Conducting assessments, tax searches, surveys, and market research while collecting and analyzing property data with an accent on commercial real estate valuation and appraisal support. Focus on validating market information, collaborating with internal teams, and progressing toward professional appraiser licensing and the AACI designation.
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada; onsite and not remote
Annual salary: CAD 50,000–55,000

What you will do
- Conduct assessments, tax searches, and property surveys.
- Collect, organize, and analyze market and property data.
- Support commercial real estate appraisal assignments from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain critical appraisal information.
- Conduct market research and engage with market participants to validate information.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in real estate valuation.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing toward the AACI designation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong interest in commercial real estate.
- Current authorization to work full-time in Canada is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
