What you will do
- Manage and strengthen relationships with partner restaurant chains through regular contact with restaurant managers.
- Renegotiate commercial terms, including commission rates and minimum basket sizes.
- Convince restaurants to implement website backlinks or splash pages to increase online orders.
- Improve aftersales operations and streamline the CRM communication process.
- Recruit restaurants for the corporate menu booklet and monitor order growth and customer experience after integration.
- Negotiate exclusive deals while maintaining strong partner relationships and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably 1–3 years of lead or account management experience, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Persistence in following up with partner restaurants and improving customer experience.
- Structured, efficient, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Required languages: English and Filipino.
