Import Transportation Supervisor

Salary: Up to $57,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus

What you will do

• Mentor team members, conduct one-on-one meetings, manage performance reviews, and support training completion.
• Manage administrative processes related to scheduling, overtime, vacation, and workforce systems.
• Participate in customer engagements, conduct regular customer calls, and document interactions in the CRM.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans with customers and account stakeholders.
• Monitor team workloads, ensure cross-training and coverage, and act as an escalation point.
• Drive operational efficiency, technology adoption, regulatory compliance, revenue recognition, and customer profitability.

Requirements

• Two years of industry-specific qualifications or experience, subject to country-specific requirements.
• Good market and product knowledge.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Proven supervisory aptitude.
