Almanac Realty Group Summer 2027 Internship (Real Estate Finance)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work

What you will do

• Contribute to live transactions, investment analysis, and synthesis of findings.
• Prepare internal and external memoranda.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective investments.
• Support real estate, portfolio company, technology, and sustainability research projects.
• Assist with fund marketing and existing client requests.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in business, real estate, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or spring 2028.
• Foundational knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and real estate analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong quantitative, analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5, strong judgment, critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
