Client Analyst (Sales Support) – Intermediary (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Support the Hong Kong Intermediary Sales team and respond to enquiries from retail and private bank distributors.
• Maintain client records, meeting notes, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Organize logistics for portfolio manager roadshows, client seminars, adviser events, and branch visits.
• Prepare and update presentations, sales flyers, one-pagers, and fund emailers.
• Coordinate DDQs, RFPs, and ongoing due diligence reviews.
• Produce fund reports using Bloomberg and Morningstar, manage content in Seismic, and process expenses, invoices, and travel arrangements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in asset management, intermediary sales, or client servicing.
• Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Seismic is advantageous.
• HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8 or an SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licence, or equivalent.
• Native Cantonese and fluent English and Mandarin are required.
• A university degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
