What you will do

• Prepare institutional client reports covering performance, trading activity, portfolio valuation, and risk metrics.
• Analyze portfolio data, including qualitative and quantitative performance attribution, macroeconomic conditions, and underlying market factors.
• Automate reporting requirements and streamline reporting processes using Excel, PowerPoint, macros, and potentially Python.
• Support account management by providing market and portfolio data and coordinating with fund administration, operations, and compliance teams.
• Support business development by identifying investors, asset pools, and channels, driving marketing and sales campaigns, and preparing final presentations.
• Respond to client queries and build strong long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Outstanding Cantonese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Progress toward a regulatory certificate in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Willingness to progress toward the CFA designation.
• 0–1 years of finance-relevant experience.
• Understanding of economics, capital markets, and investment concepts, with strong attention to detail and client communication skills.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Python skills.
• Experience in an international operating environment.
