Senior Analyst, Application Integration (Snowflake)

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time onsite position.

Salary: C$95,000–C$115,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support secure, scalable SaaS application integration solutions for hirify.global Wealth Solutions and hirify.global Credit.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT, data orchestration, warehouse, and workflow integrations.
• Provide after-hours L3 support, resolve medium- and high-priority incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Improve existing integration pipelines through automation, optimization, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Participate in migration initiatives to the hirify.global Cloud environment and ensure performance and scalability.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with architecture, SDLC, ITIL, cybersecurity, and tooling standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on application engineering experience, including significant exposure to Snowflake or similar data platforms.
• Experience in investment management and insurance domains, including application integration and data models across public and private asset classes.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data integration, Python, Streamlit, REST APIs, SQL, XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Experience with Workato, Snowflake or similar platforms, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and cybersecurity vulnerability remediation tools such as Armis.
• Strong analytical, requirements interpretation, solution design, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with actuarial applications such as FinX, Moody’s Axis, Milliman MG Alfa, or AON Pathwise.
• Experience with investment management applications including Aladdin/ADC, Clearwater/LPX, WSO, Numerix, SS&C PLM, Mercatus, TriOptima, Bloomberg AIM, or Duco.
• Experience with Databricks, SQL Server, Jira, Informatica, Qualytics, Waterfall, Agile methodologies, or AI tools.
