Agent - Distribution Operations

Location: Onsite at Chek Lap Kok / Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. Transportation allowance is available for employees living outside Tung Chung.

What you will do

• Perform daily operational functions for assigned clients.
• Manage receiving, order allocation, shipping, inventory data entry, and picking audits.
• Use WMS and computerized inventory control systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy against KPIs.
• Prepare operational reports, invoices, billings, supporting documentation, and domestic transportation bill ratings.
• Provide warehouse documentation, respond to customer enquiries with supervisory guidance, and support operational projects.

Requirements

• Certificate, diploma, or formal secondary school qualification or above.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in logistics solutions.
• Applicants with 1–2 years of freight forwarding experience are preferred; fresh graduates with less experience may also be considered.
