What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer service throughout the eyewear selection, fitting, education, and pickup process.
• Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings in support of optometrists.
• Perform final adjustments, inspections, finishing work, and quality checks.
• Support order entry, tracking, timely completion, and pickup preparation.
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient retail and finishing areas.
• Uphold store service, visual, operational, and brand standards while partnering with the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers, prioritize customer satisfaction, and support shared store goals.
