Licensed Optician - Optical Specialist

Location: Tucson, Arizona, United States; full-time, in-store position

What you will do

• Guide customers through eyewear selection, fitting, product education, and pickup.
• Support patient flow and pre-exam screenings for optometrists.
• Perform final adjustments, inspections, and quality checks on eyewear.
• Manage order entry, tracking, preparation, and timely completion.
• Maintain organized retail and finishing areas and resolve service or quality issues.
• Uphold store service, visual, operational, and brand standards while supporting shared team goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• Optical lab experience.
• Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers and prioritize customer satisfaction.
