What you will do

• Guide customers through eyewear selection, product education, final fitting, and pickup.
• Support patient flow and pre-exam screenings for optometrists.
• Perform final adjustments, inspections, and quality checks on eyewear.
• Enter and track orders, prepare them for pickup, and resolve service or quality issues.
• Maintain organized retail and finishing areas while supporting store goals and brand standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• Strong multitasking, time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers, prioritize satisfaction, and collaborate with the store team.
