What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, provide product education, and train customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
• Deliver patient-focused customer service while supporting sales goals and store objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, notify customers, and conduct weekly outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and comply with company policies.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required as required by state law.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Confident selling skills and the ability to meet store goals.
• Organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and professionalism.

Nice to have

• Previous retail experience.
