Manager, Presentation Design (Graphic Design)

What you will do

• Manage shift workflows, daily operations, workload capacity, and project assignments for a remote presentation design team.
• Triage incoming projects, clarify requirements, negotiate deadlines, manage expectations, and resolve client inquiries or escalations.
• Provide feedback, mentorship, training, and career development support to designers.
• Review presentation documents for quality, specifications, and brand guideline compliance.
• Maintain project records, prepare shift turnover reports, and participate in leadership meetings.
• Partner with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, skills gap analysis, training plans, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or marketing.
• 3–6 years of management or proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and marketing or financial services industry standards.
• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills and proficiency with relevant design software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, coaching, quality control, and process management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Visual Communication.

• Interest in applying AI technologies and new learnings to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
