Design Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Translate the Creative Director’s vision across projects, channels, and customer touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor, and support the design team with clear creative direction.
• Manage creative workflows, deadlines, and project priorities.
• Review and approve creative deliverables against brand standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business objectives into visual concepts.
• Support photo and video shoots with photographers, videographers, and external partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience designing for static, digital, and print formats.
• Portfolio demonstrating bold typography, expressive visual design, and narrative-driven creative work.
• Experience with branding systems, campaign development, social media, and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe products and advanced Figma skills.
• Strong conceptual thinking, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI editing or AI-assisted tools.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
• Agency experience.
