Sr. Visual/Deck Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority creative requests while balancing speed, quality, brand consistency, and deadlines.
• Design sophisticated presentation decks with narrative structures, typography systems, layouts, charts, infographics, and data visualizations.
• Create flexible presentation templates, reusable components, and scalable design systems across multiple formats.
• Develop static and animated social-first content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Use generative AI tools, including emerging video and image-generation technologies, to enhance workflows and explore creative approaches.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing stakeholders, senior creatives, and cross-functional partners; manage feedback and use engagement and CTR insights to improve creative decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, social-first content, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design, presentation/deck design, social-first creative, visual storytelling, and illustrative or graphic-led work.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Sketch, plus experience with data visualization, templates, design systems, and professional production workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills, including the ability to deliver pixel-perfect work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-volume agency, rapid-response brand team, or digital newsroom.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, motion graphics, video-template creative direction, or creator/influencer collaboration.
• Familiarity with B2B and digital marketing.
