Presentation Specialist (Graphic Design)

What you will do

• Develop compelling, high-quality presentations and supporting visual assets for pitches, sales presentations, conferences, and other business engagements.
• Structure narratives and organize text, images, graphs, charts, and multimedia elements to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Design slides, backgrounds, templates, graphics, icons, illustrations, and data visualizations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Apply typography, color, formatting, transitions, and animation to create consistent and engaging presentation experiences.
• Lead pre- and post-meeting experiential, visual, and creative deliverables that enhance agency engagements.
• Collaborate with pitch teams, presenters, subject matter experts, marketing leadership, external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Requirements

• Background in art direction, graphic design, or presentation design.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Strong visual communication, storytelling, collaboration, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is ideal but not required.

Nice to have

• Specialized training in presentation design.
• Familiarity with motion, video, AI, and other presentation-enhancing software.
