Presentation Designer - Investment Banking (Hybrid)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Create templates, backgrounds, pitch books, presentations, client memoranda, charts, diagrams, and information graphics.
• Use PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and revise presentation and design materials.
• Create and edit multi-page documents using templates and style sheets for pitch books, presentations, graphs, charts, and print projects.
• Coordinate team workflow, prioritize incoming requests, delegate duties, and monitor deadlines and turnaround times.
• Collaborate with team members, managers, and clients on complex projects and deadline issues.
• Maintain production tracking data, support monthly metrics and reporting, and train new employees on policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business area or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to translate complex data into visually compelling materials and work within established brand standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, customer service, and deadline management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle sensitive or confidential information.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects.
• Charting experience in Excel.
• Video or sound editing skills.
• Print design knowledge and financial industry experience.
