Analyst I - Information Technology

What you will do

• Assist with the design, implementation, installation, and maintenance of corporate technology solutions.
• Set up, deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, hardware, software, and applications.
• Support network hardware, software, cabling, voice services, data services, and end-user computing environments.
• Diagnose routine technical issues using established procedures and support methodologies.
• Document system configurations, support activities, and technical resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues, business users, and project teams on operational support and technology improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of Information Technology experience.
• Foundational knowledge of mainframe systems, storage, network hardware and cabling, voice and data services, PC hardware and operating systems, and server hardware and operating systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow direction, work with close supervision, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and business needs.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
