Senior Vice President, General Manager (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote, US-based

Base salary: $275,000–$325,000 per year, with potential bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute Artemetrx’s long-term strategy, growth plans, market expansion, and investment priorities.
• Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the healthcare analytics platform, including data, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead commercial growth, client acquisition, retention, expansion, market positioning, and strategic relationships.
• Own revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, performance metrics, and operational execution.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while developing the organizational capabilities required for scalable growth.
• Partner across technology, analytics, consulting, and advisory functions to strengthen client value and enterprise growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading healthcare technology, analytics, data, consulting, or technology-enabled services businesses.
• Demonstrated success scaling organizations and driving sustainable growth.
• Strong financial, operational, and business management capabilities, including prior General Manager, business unit leader, or equivalent P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex business operations.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced healthcare-related degree.
• Experience in healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, PBM, specialty pharmacy, health plans, or consulting.
• Experience with SaaS and technology-enabled advisory commercialization models.
