Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; hybrid office-based with approved remote flexibility

Salary: $80,000–$130,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications and platforms spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, data layers, and infrastructure.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data integrations using modern frameworks and enterprise technologies, incorporating AI and large language models where they provide business value.
• Architect integrations with ERP, HR, and payroll systems for platform and reporting initiatives.
• Create dashboards, internal tools, and user-friendly interfaces for technical and non-technical teams.
• Evaluate AI and LLM tooling and contribute to platform architecture, engineering standards, and the technology roadmap.
• Support internal engineering processes for the responsible use of AI coding agents in production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience building and shipping production full-stack applications across the frontend, backend, and full development lifecycle.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React and backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions on modern cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, plus Git, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience building and deploying LLM-based or AI-powered applications, agents, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with mobile development using React Native and Expo.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, ERP systems, AI governance, data security, or responsible AI practices.
• Experience developing software for construction, industrial field operations, finance, or other operationally complex industries.
