Technical Process Operator (Plastic Manufacturing)

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, USA; onsite night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, following a 2-2-3 schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Starting pay: $22.60/hour plus a $1.25/hour night-shift premium.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain production equipment according to specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Work in Conversion, Extrusion, Food, or Logistics, operating bag-making, packaging, film-making, winding, palletizing, robotic, or material-handling equipment.
• Stock production materials, process scrap, and complete housekeeping and work-area organization tasks.
• Perform equipment setup changes, replace parts with hand tools, and carry out routine mechanical and maintenance tasks within the training level.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process failures and communicate safety, quality, and production information.
• Complete paperwork, enter quality and production data into computer systems, and train other Technical Process Operators.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for legal employment in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform safety-sensitive work involving heavy equipment, machinery, or motorized vehicles, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work the assigned 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shift and a 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
