What you will do

• Lead and manage the C&I and CRE portfolio management teams.
• Oversee portfolio management reporting for the Cash Flow and SBA verticals.
• Ensure annual reviews, modifications, underwriting products, and first-line reports are accurate and aligned with Credit Policy.
• Present portfolio reports at the monthly Credit Risk Committee and represent Credit Management in regulatory interactions.
• Ensure timely remediation of Credit Management issues recorded in Archer.
• Balance growth, profitability, and credit quality while identifying potential credit losses and appropriate risk mitigants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in portfolio management and/or commercial credit administration.
• Experience with Commercial, CRE, SBA, Sponsor, Corporate, and Equipment Finance.
• Strong financial analysis skills for complex loan portfolios, including credit risk identification, loan structuring, and risk ratings.
• Knowledge of commercial credit underwriting across C&I, CRE, municipal lending, and nonprofit lending.
• Ability to manage, mentor, and develop junior managers while applying banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
