Inside Sales Support Associate (German)

Location: Cork, Ireland; hybrid with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Support Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Partner Sales Representatives, and Regional Directors in progressing transactional sales cycles.
• Create pricing and proposals, provide discount and SKU guidance, and assist with deal modeling.
• Track customer contract data and support renewal proposal creation.
• Collaborate with deal management, quoting operations, install base, order fulfillment, partner, and distribution teams.
• Assist customers with global support escalations and contribute to regional leadership meetings and forecasting calls.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or inside sales, preferably in the technology industry.
• Fluent German required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM and quoting tools such as Salesforce and CPQ.
• Additional European language skills, particularly Italian or Spanish.
