What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, priorities, and best practices for Internal Audit Analytics and AI.
• Integrate analytics across the audit lifecycle and oversee scalable solutions for identifying risks, anomalies, and control weaknesses.
• Evaluate and implement generative AI, process mining, intelligent automation, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Audit, Technology, Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders across hirify.global and portfolio companies.
• Present analytical findings to senior management and translate technical concepts into business insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in audit analytics and AI, digital transformation, or AI transformation.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and managing teams.
• Technical direction experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, LLM tools, prompt engineering, automation, and AI agents.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work at the Toronto office location and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
