Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Provider)

Location: New York, NY. Candidates within a 75-minute commute of the NYC office are expected to work from the office 4 days per week.

Salary: $170,000–$220,000 annual target base compensation, determined based on location, experience, leveling, expertise, and internal pay equity.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver high-quality, performant, maintainable features using React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Build products that give group facilitators timely access to client care history and context.
• Develop structured session summaries, real-time facilitator playbooks, and care workflows.
• Partner with product, design, and cross-functional teams to shape product solutions and data models.
• Improve engineering processes, tools, procedures, and team development patterns.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to help ensure continuous access to care.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing user-facing web applications.
• Production experience with an application programming language, preferably Python and/or JavaScript.
• Ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into clear, iterative solutions.
• Experience making or contributing to important technical trade-off decisions with cross-team implications.
• Experience developing high-quality code with modern AI tooling, such as Claude Code.
• Ability to adapt quickly, receive feedback, and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
