Studio Operations Lead (AI)

Location: Shirebrook HQ, Meadow Lane, Mansfield, UK, with a hybrid model available between Shirebrook and London (Market Road)

What you will do

• Lead studio operations across shoot scheduling, resource allocation, throughput, service levels, and production efficiency.
• Support the long-term studio strategy across people, processes, technology, development, and AI.
• Manage the studio AI ecosystem, including imagery generation, AI agents, automation, and tooling.
• Track KPIs, forecast capacity, report performance, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimise turnaround times, and standardise digital workflows from production through asset delivery.
• Develop and support the studio team by setting priorities, removing barriers, and building a collaborative, feedback-driven culture.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a commercial studio environment and strong knowledge of studio operations.
• Experience with studio software and tooling; Creative Force knowledge is preferred.
• Experience using AI for image generation and AI agents in studio environments.
• People management experience and the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, digital workflows, production, and asset delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel between studio teams when required.
