RGM Director

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany; London, United Kingdom; or Paris, France. Approximately three days per week in the office, Tuesday to Thursday, are required. Preference is for Frankfurt or Paris; the role can be based in the UK with travel to Frankfurt and Paris once per month each.

What you will do

• Launch and build the EMEA revenue growth management function alongside a team of six, with a focus on Germany and France.
• Analyze promotional investment ROI by event, retailer, and product to identify reinvestment and reduction opportunities.
• Build and maintain margin-by-mix models covering Sales Out, Share, Sell In, and Gross Profit KPIs.
• Quantify investment trade-offs and shift allocation across products, retailers, and regions to maximize ROI.
• Drive data-based commercial decisions and use AI to accelerate analysis and action.
• Build trust with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Demand Planning, and country Managing Directors while embedding pricing guardrails and promotional investment limits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the consumer industry.
• Strong end-to-end P&L fluency, including sales and share, promotional investment, retailer terms, gross margin, and mix.
• Proven ability to deliver culture change through high-energy, impact-focused work.
• Fluent English is required.
• Hands-on Excel skills and comfort using AI tools.
• Ability to work around three days per week in the office and travel between Frankfurt and Paris when based in the UK.
