Lead Data Strategist (Data Architecture)

Location: Richmond, VA, USA; onsite work at a client location or hirify.global office may be required, with remote work available when compatible with client and hirify.global needs.

Salary: $120,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise client technology and business leaders on data and analytics strategy, architecture, and delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business concepts into actionable insights and improve the value of organizational data.
• Develop strategic plans for data integration, quality, governance, and delivery.
• Assess data management technologies and communicate architectural trade-offs across solution options.
• Lead client engagements, support solution delivery, and scope proposed consulting work.
• Coach and mentor consultants while helping shape team composition and technical capabilities.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience leading large technical teams and projects.
• 10+ years implementing on-premises and cloud data management platforms.
• Experience assessing traditional and modern data architectures based on business needs.
• Delivery experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with data integrations and transformations, real-time data distribution, NoSQL, and data warehousing platforms.
• Must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
