Care Manager (CNA)

Location: 55-15 Little Neck Pkwy, Little Neck, NY 11362, USA

Salary: Up to $21.00 per hour

Part-time, per diem, non-exempt hourly position covering all shifts.

What you will do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, according to each resident’s care plan.
• Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, confidentiality, cleanliness, grooming, and nutrition.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and support socialization.
• Assist with food service, housekeeping, laundry, and behavior management as needed.
• Document services provided during each shift and immediately report changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide certification.
• Knowledge and experience working with elderly residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, reach, communicate, and use fine and gross motor skills.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and properly support residents using safe body mechanics.

Nice to have

• Experience providing care to residents with dementia.
