Focus on improving warehouse workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and meeting order fulfillment standards in a high-volume distribution center.
Location: ATL2 - Atlanta, GA - 4950 Mason Road, United States. Full-time, onsite distribution center role with occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends as required.

What you will do
- Lead and develop warehouse associates and operations leads to achieve daily operational goals.
- Execute inventory accuracy processes, investigate discrepancies and variances, and maintain inventory shrink controls.
- Use warehouse management, order management, workload planning, and material-handling systems to fulfill scheduled orders.
- Address operational and personnel issues in collaboration with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and operations leadership.
- Implement process improvements and workload-efficiency mechanisms while maintaining quality standards across multiple functions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with warehouse management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
- Previous leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and basic data-entry skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, recognize important details, work independently, and perform under pressure.
- Ability to use material-handling equipment such as forklifts and transport up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a distribution center with varying heights and temperatures, moderate consistent noise, and occasional overtime.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process-improvement methods.
