Trade Support Engineer (Python)

What you will do

• Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets.
• Monitor and support Linux environments and trading infrastructure.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues affecting trading.
• Provide direct technical support to traders and collaborate with Development, Trading, and IT organizations.
• Support trade teams with onboarding new opportunities and drive automation and process improvements.
• Contribute to strategic projects that improve trading operations and supporting technology.

Requirements

• Experience in a trade support role.
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and multicast networking.
• Intermediate Bash and core Python skills.
• Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
