Director of HR Information Technology (Oracle Cloud HCM)

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA; on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates within commuting distance of Lancaster and/or Leola, PA are encouraged to apply.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, management, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and enhancements.
• Oversee system configuration, security, data integrity, integrations, performance, quarterly releases, and maintenance.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business leaders to automate workflows and improve HR processes.
• Gather and prioritize reporting and analytics needs, delivering accurate workforce insights for strategic decision-making.
• Manage vendors, service levels, incidents, requests, and the roadmap for scalable and compliant HR technology.
• Lead US and international HR technology professionals and support M&A activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of HR technology experience, including 5 or more years in leadership roles.
• At least 5 years leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, data security, cloud integrations, and API management.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives, managing vendors and contract negotiations, and overseeing complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.
