Senior Superintendent Team Lead

Salary: $178,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead field execution across site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules, weekly look-aheads, phasing plans, and logistics plans for active and potential projects.
• Manage multiple large or complex projects while coordinating field teams, subcontractors, owner vendors, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain field documentation, validate subcontractor RFIs, coordinate plans and specifications, and support practical field resolutions.
• Promote a safe, collaborative job site based on OSHA standards and a goal of zero incidents.
• Supervise, coach, and train Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, and contribute to candidate interviews, mentoring, and client pitches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare, and/or mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience managing field operations, project scheduling, quality control, subcontractors, and owner vendors.
• Strong construction trades background and technical knowledge, with proficiency in scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, priorities, and on-site challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral, written, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with high-end clientele.
• References, a project list, and a resume are required.
