Valuation Services Director (Real Estate)

Location: Arkansas, United States of America. Hybrid role based out of the local office.

Compensation: 100% commission, typically with a 35–50% commission split based on production levels. Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Originate new client relationships and develop existing accounts.
• Manage team members across geographies and allocate appraisal assignments.
• Supervise trainee appraisers and deliver high-quality client service.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments covering financial reporting, purchase accounting, net asset value, periodic reporting, tax, and lending.
• Apply discounted cash flow analysis using Argus and Microsoft Excel, along with sales comparison, cost, and highest-and-best-use approaches.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends, and present analysis results clearly.

Requirements

• MAI designation required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of advanced appraisal coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client-service skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
