R&D Process Excellence Engineer M/F/X (Product Design)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional working groups to improve R&D development processes and design methodologies.
• Analyze development activities and tools to improve efficiency, adoption, and performance.
• Support project teams with process implementation, workflow standardization, and best-practice alignment.
• Develop standards and guide teams in adopting new methodologies, procedures, and ways of working.
• Design and deliver training while supporting organizational change management.
• Evaluate process effectiveness through audits, design reviews, project reviews, and performance assessments.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, design engineering, or product design.
• Technical background in product design and development.
• 10–15 years of experience in detailed design and development of complex products and in leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience in continuous improvement within an innovation and development environment.
• Knowledge of mass-production product development, including machinery and plastic injection.
• Strong French and English communication skills are required.
