Category Manager Animal Health & Nutrition- M/F

Location: Marcq-en-Barœul, France, in the Lille Metropolitan area; onsite full-time position near the hirify.global Group Headquarters. Up to 40% travel required.

What you will do

• Manage the animal health and nutrition product category, driving product performance and profitability.
• Research markets, competitors, technologies, and customer needs to identify portfolio value-creation opportunities.
• Lead product positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market activities across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and implement pre-launch and post-launch action plans, tracking KPIs and recommending sales optimization measures.
• Maintain customer-focused marketing materials and toolkits to support sales development.
• Design and deliver internal and external marketing training for sales teams and customers while managing the marketing mix.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or technical engineering education in agriculture, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of successful product management experience in the animal nutrition and health industry.
• Fluent English required; French or another language is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and product vision articulation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in matrixed and multicultural environments as a team player.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 or an equivalent suite.
