Senior Investment Banking Associate (M&A)

hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Support sell-side M&A transaction execution through financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMS, marketing materials, and related documentation.
• Review analyst deliverables for data accuracy and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and identify potential buyers, maintaining detailed buyer and deal-related information.
• Assess companies as investments for buy-side clients and analyze financial information to forecast trends and support acquisition decisions.
• Serve as a client contact, support business development and transaction execution, and build client relationships.
• Coordinate time-bound deliverables from junior team members and participate in their recruitment, development, and training.

• At least 2 years of relevant investment banking industry experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field required; a combination of education and experience may be considered degree-equivalent.
• Series 63 and Series 79 licenses required; Series 79 must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency with financial modeling, client presentations, and valuation analyses.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, PitchBook, and AI prompts and agents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents and interfacing with senior and junior team members.
