hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Support predominantly sell-side M&A transactions and other corporate finance engagements through research, analysis, modeling, and documentation.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMS, marketing materials, and client presentation documents.
• Identify and research potential buyers for sell-side clients and maintain detailed deal-related information.
• Assess companies as investments for buyer clients by analyzing financial information, valuations, and trends.
• Act as a client contact, support business development and transaction execution, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate junior-team deliverables, participate in recruiting and training, and ensure deadlines are met.

• At least 2 years of relevant investment banking industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, accounting, or a related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent.
• Series 63 and Series 79 licenses are required; Series 63 and 79 must be obtained within 6 months of the hire date.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, client presentations, and valuation analyses.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, PitchBook, and AI prompts and agents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents and working with senior and junior team members.
