What you will do

• Supervise HR assistants and coordinators.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and employee onboarding processes.
• Coordinate training programs and professional development activities.
• Resolve escalated employee inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor compliance with HR regulations and internal policies.
• Lead HR audits and records retention projects while overseeing HRIS data integrity and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience managing HR operations and teams.
• Leadership, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Accountability, sound decision-making, and employee engagement competencies.
• Proficiency with business tools, including Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are expected.

Nice to have

• Government and public services sector experience.
• Functional or technical expertise relevant to human capital solutions.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
• Security clearance for engagements handling sensitive federal-sector work.
