What you will do

• Support payroll specialists serving Core and Emerging Growth clients.
• Process employee changes, payroll information updates, and payroll calculations.
• Handle high-volume requests and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain the integrity of client and employee databases and support compliance requirements.
• Build payroll skills through training with the National Associate Payroll team, supervisors, and payroll trainers.
• Communicate with payroll specialists, clients, and team members and consult supervisors on new or complex questions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience required.
• Ability to support payroll information handling, calculations, database accuracy, and compliance activities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
