Assets Manager (Industrial Gases)

Location: Xi'an or Tianjin, China; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Manage assigned tonnage assets and oversee customer interfaces across North and Northwest China.
• Own asset-level profit and loss, customer payments, contract execution, performance tracking, and corrective action planning.
• Manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations on site optimization.
• Develop and review plant operating budgets covering sales revenue and plant costs.
• Coordinate liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon production, storage tank levels, and asset performance.
• Support new large-scale projects, opportunity bidding, marketing intelligence, and government relations.

Requirements

• Based in Xi'an or Tianjin, China.
• At least 8 years of experience in asset management, business development, or commercial work.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, chemical, or commercial studies.
• Strong selling, interpersonal, customer management, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a sales or business team in the industrial gases or chemical industries.
