Marketing Communications Executive (Travel)

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia; candidates may be based in Cairns or the Gold Coast. Applicants must be based in Australia, hold Australian residency, and have substantial Australian work experience.

What you will do

• Write and edit copy for websites, email newsletters, press releases, social media, and brochure collateral.
• Prepare accurate guest communications across the customer journey and maintain consistent brand storytelling.
• Coordinate with Customer, Product, Reservations, Sales, and Marketing teams to keep information current across communication channels.
• Plan and execute communication elements of marketing campaigns in line with company goals and brand guidelines.
• Maintain and segment marketing and reservations database data for email campaigns.
• Analyse campaign activity, track ROI, and deliver dashboards, reports, insights, and recommendations using Google Analytics and Mailchimp.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing communications, content marketing, PR, or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to contribute ideas.
• Australian residency and substantial Australian work experience are required.
