What you will do
- Lead SG&A controlling for , foodora, and Yemeksepeti, covering personnel and non-personnel expenses.
- Manage and mentor the SG&A lead and Consolidation/FCF specialist.
- Oversee technical consolidation of brand financials in line with group guidelines.
- Drive accurate Free Cash Flow reporting and develop dashboards for local, regional, and management teams.
- Partner with Regional Finance, Country Leaders, Workforce Planning, and People & Culture.
- Standardize FTE tracking, intercompany invoicing, financial policies, and automation across the region.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, including significant team leadership experience.
- Experience in fast-paced technology, e-commerce, or logistics environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex financial data to senior management.
- Expert-level Excel skills and experience building complex financial models.
- Expertise in SG&A controlling, financial consolidation, or Free Cash Flow reporting; strong interest in AI-driven finance automation.

- Experience with OneStream or Anaplan.
