TL;DR
Finance Manager - TOMRA Collection Singapore (Finance Operations and Regional Finance): Leading Singapore finance operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and process governance while supporting TOMRA Collection Asia with an accent on scalable controls, financial planning, and regional coordination. Focus on strengthening finance processes, analyzing performance and cash flow, and supporting finance transformation across a growing recycling technology business.
Location: Kallang Bahru, Singapore. Candidates must already have unrestricted work rights in Singapore; work pass sponsorship is not available.
Salary: SGD 6,500–7,000 per month

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day finance operations for Singapore, including accounting, reporting, cash management, controls, and compliance.
- Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team on business growth, operational excellence, and financial decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, banking relationships, and regulatory matters.
- Support regional finance initiatives, process standardization, finance transformation, and system enhancements across Asia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience covering reporting, business partnering, budgeting, and compliance.
- Experience in a multinational environment with local and regional finance exposure.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, plus strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Fluent English is required, and unrestricted work rights in Singapore are mandatory.
Nice to have
- CPA, CA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Additional Asian language capabilities.
