Business Development Manager (BDM) - Nationwide - Circa 41k Package - 53k OTE Uncapped

Location: Remote across England, United Kingdom

Salary: £35,875 base salary annually; approximately £41,000 package and £53,000 OTE with uncapped earnings. Car allowance of £5,200 or £6,200.

What you will do

• Prospect for new business using self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs.
• Present, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Manage customer relationships and accounts for up to 12 months after sale.
• Review customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.

Requirements

• Proven success in field sales or high-performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, resilience, and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points.

• Experience with solution selling or SaaS.
