BatchWeigher/Mixer (Flexo) - 2nd Shift

What you will do

• Weigh and mix pigment batches according to process orders and mixer SOPs.
• Operate and maintain Hockmeyer mills while supporting optimum overall equipment effectiveness.
• Clean and maintain machinery according to TPM standards and complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Operate press-out units, pump filter equipment, canning equipment, and forklifts.
• Provide ink samples to QC, make approved ink adjustments, and record production data.
• Create and maintain formula records, including processing times, and assist with repacks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• At least 3 months of related work experience.
• Good mathematics and basic computer skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality, good attendance, and flexibility to work overtime.
• Ability to participate in multidisciplinary teams and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work the assigned onsite 2nd shift.

Nice to have

• Forklift experience.
• Background in mixing, mill, or pump filter operations.
• Previous experience in the ink industry.
