Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

  • Execute investor relations, communications, and capital-raising activities for private funds within the Renewable Power & Transition group.
  • Respond to investor and internal stakeholder requests, including RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc inquiries.
  • Monitor renewable energy and transition markets, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare and distribute investor relations materials, transaction communications, and capital-raising updates.
  • Coordinate quarterly investor calls and webcasts, road shows, conferences, investor meetings, asset tours, and special events.
  • Create presentations and other bespoke materials covering emerging technologies, portfolio companies, and investment capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of relevant professional experience and an undergraduate degree, preferably in finance, business, or economics.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, renewable energy, private equity investment structures, institutional investors, and key financial topics.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical abilities, strong organization, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to manage confidential and non-routine information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.

  • Progress toward or completion of a CPA/CA or CFA designation.
