Location: Field-based in the assigned Southwest territory; candidates must reside within the territory and within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport. Frequent regional and national travel is required, with travel of up to 50–80%.
Salary: $190,000–$225,000 USD base pay annually.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
- Provide individualized education on disease, therapy, treatment expectations, product storage, handling, and administration.
- Support reimbursement and access processes, including prior authorizations, appeals, denials, reauthorizations, and site-of-care requirements.
- Coordinate patient support services, infusion readiness, specialty pharmacy activities, and continuity of care.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, infusion centers, patients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders.
- Document activities accurately and report adverse events, product complaints, and privacy incidents in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or a related healthcare field preferred; RN, social worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
- 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, case management, field education, specialty pharmacy, or care coordination.
- Working knowledge of payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and access processes.
- Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, problem-solving, accountability, and judgment in complex patient situations.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment and respond to time-sensitive patient and provider needs.
- Must reside within the assigned territory, be near a major commercial airport, travel extensively, and support occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
