Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do
- Post and process rent payments, record receipts, and apply applicable fees to resident ledgers.
- Monitor receipts and reconcile assigned accounts accurately.
- Print and process final account statements, deposit refunds, and related mailings.
- Answer current and former resident or community team questions and help resolve collection-related issues.
- Support Collections projects, final account statements, and annual operational license renewals.
- Prepare financial transactions and research and resolve exception items.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or related data-entry experience.
- Superior attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to learn and use multiple software applications and data-entry systems.
- Dependable, able to work independently, and able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work from the Denver corporate office 5 days per week.
