What you will do
- Independently cook, produce, and prepare Asian dishes for first- and business-class airline catering.
- Prepare traditional Asian dishes to a fine-dining standard.
- Test and check ingredients and products for correctness and quality.
- Follow hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Asian cuisine and preparation of traditional Asian dishes.
- Experience preparing fine-dining dishes.
- Strong product and commodity knowledge related to Asian cuisine.
- Completed vocational training as a chef is preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Good knowledge of German and/or English.
